What is SpEcon

SpEcon is a small programm to convert energy units into equivalent units and vice versa. In principle this is a program like many others. But none of the existing programs I tried could handle all the units I was looking for. After reading a paper presenting spectroscopic data in electron volt and relative stabilities in wavenumbers I tried to compare this with a second paper giving the data in kilojoule per mol. So I decided to do a program on my own!
